Apple iPhone 13 to feature a special coating that makes fingerprints less visible

Some new information has showed up on the web about the upcoming iPhones, tipped as iPhone 13 or the iPhone 12S series. As mentioned by tipster Max Weinbach in a video by Everything Apple Pro, Apple can use a new kind of coating on the upcoming iPhones. These are said to come on the stainless steel borders of the Pro models. The coating is supposed to make fingerprints and smudges less visible than they do now on the iPhone 12 Pro series. Weinbach even added that the matte back panel in the new iPhones is also getting refined and will be easier to hold.

Adding weight to the previous rumours, Weinbach has also said the iPhone 13 will look similar to iPhone 12 series but will have a smaller notch, 120Hz ProMotion display, portrait mode for video recording and improved low light photos. What is also expected is the Always-On Display with minimal customizability.

Previously, Weinbach has said that the Always-On Display might be a toned down version of the lock screen. In addition, the Clock and Battery charge will be always visible and any new notification will not light up the entire screen.

This year too, Apple is said to be bringing four iPhones in the iphone 13 series. We may hear some tid-bits about their features from the developer beta versions of iOS 15. The new OS version is expected to arrive in June this year during the WWDC 2021 conference, which was recently announced by the firm. We may also see new OS versions for Apple TV, Apple Watch, iPads and Mac devices.
