As WENY News has reported, Greenidge Generation, a subsidiary of Atlas Holdings, LLC, operates blockchain services, in the form of a bitcoin mining power plant in Dresden. The plan is located on the western shore of Seneca Lake, next to the Keuka Lake Outlet. According to its website, Greenidge “provides world-class mining facilities, management, and support for the colocation of cryptocurrency mining equipment.”
