Konftel’s latest webcam looks like a winner for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing

Konftel recently announced the Cam10 webcam. The Cam10 is designed for desktop use and has several features to improve the quality of video conferencing and calling. The Cam10 is set to ship in the second half of February for $129.

You may recognize Konftel for its conference call hardware. The company makes high-quality hardware that covers several video conferencing and calling scenarios. The Cam10 appears to be in line with other devices from the Swedish company.

The Cam10 is a business webcam that has a resolution of 1080p and a 90-degree field of view. It has 4x digital zoom to get closeups on subjects and a privacy shutter when you want to block the camera for security. It also has two built-in microphones to help deliver clear audio.

The Cam10 doesn’t have specs that blow away the competition, but Konftel has a good reputation, so the camera should be high-quality.

It also has some options that make it easy to set up in different work environments, including a tripod mounting hole and brackets for placing it on top of the PC. Again, these aren’t unique to the Cam10 but are nice to have.

Based on the reputation of Konftel, the Cam10 could compete for a spot on our list of the best webcams for Windows PCs.
