OnePlus sells their own line of wireless headphones with their flagship smartphones, and they’re honestly not bad. That’s pretty par the course, though; everyone’s dropping headphone jacks, and everyone’s selling their own headphones.
We’re expecting the next generation of the OnePlus Bullets headphones with the OnePlus 8 announcement later this month, and OnePlus has confirmed some details.
OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z earbuds
The new headphones will continue OnePlus’s claim of great battery life and quick charging. They’re promising 20 hours of playback out of the Bullets Wireless Z, and they support OnePlus Warp Charge technology. 10 minutes of charging will get you 10 hours of playback, which is pretty impressive for headphones. It’s a 10/10 experience. Get it?
Presumably these headphones will offer lower latency over Bluetooth, as well as IP55 certification. This would help the OnePlus Bullets match the upcoming OnePlus 8, which we’re also expecting to be OnePlus’s first waterproof phone.
Lastly, we’re expecting the new Bullets Wireless Z earbuds to come in four different colors, as seen above. They’re still not totally wireless, but that could be the next big thing that OnePlus has cooking up for the next couple of years.
