Renders of the Galaxy A32 5G first came to light on January 11th and two days later Samsung has made it official, although the smartphone maker hasn’t revealed pricing, availability, or even which processor is under the hood. Despite this, the Galaxy A32 5G is set to be Samsung’s cheapest handset with 5G connectivity along with a 6.5-inch HD+ display and a 5,000mAh battery.
Samsung has announced the Galaxy A32 5G just the day before its big Galaxy S21 Unpacked event tomorrow – with the handsets at opposite ends of the pricing and aesthetic styles. The Galaxy A32 5G is thought to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 720 chipset which we will attempt to confirm, along with 4/6/8GB variants with 128GB of storage with support for MicroSD cards up to 1TB.
Samsung has taken some inspiration from the LG Velvet for the housing of the four rear cameras that consist of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and dedicated macro and depth sensors with 2-megapixels each. The 13MP selfie camera is housed in the teardrop notch on the 6.5-inch Infinity-V TFT display with HD+ resolution.
A big 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging is present and you’ll find the fingerprint reader located on the side instead of the rear panel. Samsung is putting the Galaxy A32 5G on sale in some awesome colors (their words, not mine):

- Awesome Blue
- Awesome Violet
While Samsung has made the Galaxy A32 5G official, the brand has not announced any details on when it will go on sale, where, or for how much. Once Samsung reveals this information and confirms exactly which processor is powering the Galaxy A32 5G, we will update the article accordingly.
