Sony has some news about two of its fairly new smartphones: the mid-range Xperia 10 II and the Xperia L4. The former is finally getting a price point (but no launch yet), while the budget-range Xperia L4 is officially shipping to buyers.
The company, on the UK version of the Xperia 10 II product page, has now been updated to show a price point of £319. For Europe, Sony confirmed that the handset would sit at €369.
A launch date has yet to be confirmed, but at least now you know what to set aside for the Xperia 10 II.
As a quick reminder, the phone is now equipped with an OLED panel, which provides better visuals overall. It’s a big 6-inch screen, but under the hood, you have a Snapdragon 665 chipset, 4GB of RAM, a whopping 128GB of internal storage, and a 3,600mAh battery keeping the lights on.
As for the lower-end Xperia L4, folks can finally start ordering the handset for £169 in the UK and €199 in Europe. Availability is pretty limited though — you can snag the device on contract from EE, O2, and Vodafone. There are a couple of SIM-free options, but not many.
You run into the same issue with the handset in Europe, but hopefully retailers will be picking this up pretty quickly.
