Windows 10 update is reportedly breaking the taskbar for some users – but there’s a fix

Windows 10 has a new cumulative update, but sadly – as is a rather familiar story these days – it’s reportedly causing trouble for some users.

KB5003637 represents Microsoft’s monthly round of patching for June, and it provides a whole bunch of security fixes (plus “updates for storing and managing files”). It’s provided to users on the May 2021 Update, October 2020 Update and May 2020 Update (which are the same core versions of Windows 10, but with minor differences).
